At Bonbon Badminton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased.
• Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days for in store purchase and 30 days for online of the purchase date.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-strung rackets, opened shuttlecocks, and clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

1. Bring the item to our store at 126 Holmes Rd #23, Liberty Hill, TX 78642.
2. Present your receipt or proof of purchase.
3. If eligible, we will process your return or exchange on the spot.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed.
